Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
